Ted Nugent. I don't agree with him. Quite the opposite. I think he's a divider, a gaudy one. But I do like his music, the one from the previous century. He was the first act that I saw live, back in 1982. His best era was in the 70s…where this disk is from…. It doesn’t hold any hit song; Paralyzed is the track from this album that he includes in his “Best of” releases. But overall I think this is his best album. It is very energetic, fast paced and powerful, as expected by The Nuge. But what make this album a jewel are three songs in particular: State of Shock”, the title track. I Want to Tell You, a George Harrison cover. And a bluesy song called Alone. I also enjoy Satisfied, as I definitely am with this album.
